Look at the top of the page and click on "Praises & Reviews". This will give you an option to praise someone.
When you fill out praises, you are given the option to add a comment about why you think someone is awesome! If you got a praise without a comment, perhaps your praiser is shy, or they think your greatness speaks for itself!
