I have had many disagreements with the general manager at the Chili's on Millerville Road in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He doesn't know how to talk to employees like they are human beings and he expects everyone else to do his work for him. If they are understaffed he doesn't try to find workers from other restaurants to help and when nor does he try to help himself. He is a very unprofessional individual and I will never work for him again.
