Recently applied for a job I have been working long term care, hospitals,Dr office and home health but this one human resources lady in spite of the Director and Assistant Director went back over 30 years on my background now as a very young person did some stupid stuff related to domestic situation ,divorced the problem moved on and not the same person I was a year ago definitely not 30 plus years would not hire me what can you do about that kind of ignorance since you can't change the past
