Good Evening , My name is Erik Davis . I was recently interviewed for a position at your Bridgeton, NJ location. I was called in for an interview and offered the position to be on morning crew to launch your companys breakfast menu by the GM Melissa . On Wednesday January 15th I was called in for orientation with Melissa (general manager)and Marcus (district manager). It went great they both liked me and my work ethic. I brought up that I have visible tattoos and one curse work on my hand . They both verbally agreed that it was fine and that I could wear a black glove and clear glove to cover up the tattoo while I was working and also i couldn't run the register or window . I agreed to work in the back . They told me I could set up my ADP account and pick up my uniforms. How ever this morning Marcus reached out to me saying that they can no longer hire me because of the hand tattoo until I get it removed or covered up. I expressed my feelings
