NEED NEW JOB IN METROWEST IN MASSACHUSETTS

I have great typing skills and have been employed where I am currently working right now for almost nine years. A new manager has come on board in the last year. She has fired 5 people so far. Truth be known, she gave me a bad review. This is the first time in all these years that happened. She made up scenarios that were not truthful. I work hard, arrive early, etc. She should have 100 employees like me.

Hello Karen, So sorry to hear about your current situation and it’s such a shame after you have 9 years of service under your belt. If you’re decision to leave is solely because of your current manager than I suggest that you exhaust all your options before leaving. Reach out to other managers or Human Resources personnel and explain that you're unhappy and why. Make it known to the company leadership and give them an opportunity to make it right for you. Don’t inconvenience yourself because of managers shortcomings. If you want to look around, however, here’s a link to a recent conversation post on Jobcase for job opportunities with eClinicalWorks in Hopkinton, MA. It more more on the technical side of the healthcare industry but It’s a growing company worth looking into (http://bit.ly/1MDJjUs).
