All you need to do is zone in and explore specifically which industry you want to transition all your work knowledge into then customize your resume and application profiles to exactly fit those roles.
Now, I'm not familiar with Quarryville, PA but I've been living within the New England and NY/NJ area long enough to identify with small Northeastern towns and recognize that job options are not as abundant as they are in the city areas like Philadelphia. Excellent career opportunities, however, do become available and become very competitive to attain when they do but rest assured you'll be in the right place to qualify as long as you start preparing yourself to land that career job NOW!

I actually did a quick search and found the Lancaster CareerLink center on 1016 North Charlotte St. Lancaster, PA. There might be a closer or more convenient center available for you so I'm including the search link below for your review.
Find a center and call the office to schedule a one on one personal consultation with a Professional Career Counselor. The meetings about and hour long but you'll have an opportunity to discuss your new career transition goals and get the latest and greatest strategies and tips to update your resume and make your digital application profile appealing and attractive to potential employers.
