Got my car in there for Subaru warranty service, the warranty covered everything, but when I went to get the car they said that I had to pay $3000 for the loaner! I refused so the owner Mr. Plattner called me and told me if I did not pay him cash I would not get my car back, then they tried to tell me if I bought a new car all these would go away, I refused, they called me and said if I did not pay the bill would go up to $7000 now they put a lien on my car for $14,000 and they are selling it at auction because they said I did not pay my bill. Bunch of thieves, literally stole my car from me. Ho, by the way, they also came into my backyard at night and literally stole the loaner car they gave me.

Chiefland Ford... worst place to work and Plattner automotive Group is a joke!! They can not keep management or keep a complete staff in sales or Certified Mahcanics!! They constantly lie to employees. Promising a certain pay then, they don't pay them what they are promised. OSHA IS always in the picture because they let there employees work in a harzzardes area Also they do not provide adequate A/C or heat in the buildings. This is the worst place I ever see run. They charge people to fix there car when they are the ones who screwed it up. Then keep it for 40 days and customer still had to pay 1,200 and have it towed out of the shop. I would stay away from this company.
