
Stressed out and feeling like I cant provide.
I'm a single grandmother raising my 4yr old grandson with autism.lost my job in febuary due to a medical condition that was preventing me from doing my job duties so I miss work and pay checks were not enough to pay childcare provide food pay rent utilities cell car insurance gas ect. The manager denighed my unemployment n said I quit when he terminated me for not being able to preform all my dutys. I'm struggling to find a job that will work with my medical problems and now child care.no $ no child care no job no $

If you have custody of your grandchild you may be able to get free childcare and maybe you can try disability for your health problems I hope this helps sweet heart
Annie, It's unfortunate you lost your job. With your medical condition and the current coronavirus present, if possible, working from home may be the way to go. I suggest you contact local employment placement offices for jobs. Local churches are great at helping families in time of need. I encourage you to be persistence in your fight for unemployment. Fight until the end, your grandson depends on you.
