Being able to help the programs, to provide the programs with a sense of "good early childhood practices" and to be able to use them in the day to day routines of the center. Having the Directors, Education Directors, Teachers, Asst.teachers, Cooks and Custodians "seeing their vision" for providing a "nuturing and loving"environment for the children in their care.As a consultant my job was to "help" not hurt, to " encourage'' not to criticize and most of all i showed RESPECT to all.
