Biggest insight as you go from running your own business to applying is that its a numbers game. You'll need to get 2-3 apps out a day and followup each one. don't get discouraged if you aren't called back frequently - its just the way it is. But if you are diligent, I'm sure it will come through. What type of role are you looking for next?
