What experience do I need to be hired as a remote Customer Service?

Experience with communication skills and willingness to go above and beyond to help your customers and willing to be remote and travel places to meet up with them

I don’t like remote job

Experience in retail

Communication is important, smile when you answer the call (customers can tell). And be professional

Even without formal customer service titles, experience where you regularly communicated with people, solved their problems, or helped them with information can be valuable. This could include things like volunteering, managing a team, handling inquiries in a previous role (even if it wasn't the main focus), or even strong communication skills demonstrated in other areas. Highlighting your ability to listen, empathize, and find solutions is key.

Smile if in contact directly with customer

Communication is must also not sounding as robot reading some scripts solving problem related to what being said not what you believe of what said proper English most in which know only English but dint express correctly

Helping business as problem occurs regards sales or solving issue make within company

When an employer wants to know if you’ve got remote, Customer Service experience, they are looking to see if you can work alone without being micromanaged. They are looking to see if you have a quiet environment. If you can keep up the schedule that’s created for you with your breaks and lunches, times that you would clock in and out. all the things that you would do as if they were standing right next to you watching you. they need to know that you can do those things and then that you have the technology to handle it. then there’s the Customer Service side and that’s a whole different subject
