Looking for a long time and no luck
I had been searching for a new job since Sept 2015. I think on these days too many recruiters are been very unfair on their hiring process. First, I had education and management experience for several years. Hiring managers they are looking for candidates that they are young and barely without any education then they dont need to pay high salaries. In my case, I had a few interviews but when they see that I have my master and the kind of work experiences I have they refused to hire me because they think that I will be asking for a high salary....wrong....I just want to work, contribute with my country, with my experience, and make this world a very productive one. What do you think about my concerns? Wish some company want to give me the opportunity to go back to the workforce. Thanks

Hello Carlos, When you go in for an interview, make sure you show them how interested you are in the position. This way they can see you are wanting more than just the money.
I would also recommend looking at temp/staffing agencies. You may be able to work several contracts while you look for a full-time position and gain some great experience. I hope this is helpful.
Hi Carlos, I know that it can be tough at times. I think there are some jobs that are definitely looking for more entry level candidates, that way they can mold them and obviously cost less. When it comes to salary, you should let companies know what you are targeting when you first talk to them. That will take away any concerns about what you are looking for and they won't have to guess.
What type of work are you looking for?
