I worked at Mickey Dees in the mid 80's and I had a Manager that was a veteran of the Marine Corp. She taught me a great lesson when I worked there and that was to never take anything for granted. She taught me a lot of character and I became a great employee. I spent a total of 3 1/2 years but like there was hard work there was also a lot of FUN!! We had internal food fights after we closed. We would use the Mac and tartar sauce as guns and the pickles and tomatoes turned into frisbees. There was good and bad memories made there. But the experience is unforgettable!! I'll never forget the Golden Arches!! I still buy the McRib every year!!!
