I work with Men and my experience I would complaint to my bosses or to the agencies and it would fall on deaf ears. I been told that I had big breast , hit on my rear end, stripe naked with him using his eyes. etc. Yes ! I lost many jobs because I didn't response to their sexual advacement. One time I was being parade like a trophy because I was the first woman to work in ten years. What your experience ? even if no one can believe it ,that its happen. Me Too!
I don't know how strong you feel about keeping your job or making a change in that industry but my advice to you is get out of there before they decide to fire you. Filing complaints of sexual harassment usually always only end up affecting the victim and not the perpetrators. If you decide to stay then talk to an employment lawyer and find out what you need to do at work to start building a winnable case.
