Frustrated!!!
I am attempting to secure a position in my field. (Recent graduate, career change). I have three years entry level experience in my field. I am located in Atlanta,ga which is one of the most saturated markets there are. I'm so tired of sending resumes only to get b'sed around. I'm ready to move from the south, it sucks. I do not have a hustlers mentality, I have a bachelor's and advanced degree. I do not know anyone in my field, but coming from the north you don't have to. I get out of state calls all the time, just to get a final determination that I am too far away, etc. I am more than capable of a position in the field I have been working in, I'm just sick of the B.S.! #OVERIT! If anyone "knows someone" or knows of any positions in Project Management(entry to mid) in Atlanta pls feel free to reach out! Thanks!

Alberta, have you considered the Chicago area?
Project Management in what industry? So you have any transferrable skills, experience, and/or noticeable accomplishment your can highlight about yourself that show your the best match for a competitive project manager assignment? To be able to succeed at the employment level your seeking takes more than just having the basic qualifications (education, min. experience, etc). Landing the right opportunity is about who you know or how well you're able to market yourself. Take a moment to examine what make you stand out... think beyond preferred qualification then highlight those items on your resume, cover letter, and job search tools.
