I am currently seeking a full time position in the field of Human Resources. I am in the midst of getting my Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and upon completion (June 2016) I will move on to attain my Doctorate in this field. I have one full year experience to date as the Director of Human Resources for a call center, but after streamlining all processes, which I am quite efficient at, I was reduced to part-time, which doesn't meet my needs. Therefore, I am looking for a full-time position in the field of Human Resources to continue to gain the necessary experience and credentials needed in this field.
