Line Worker Fork Lift Driver at Xlc Services Llc

Proctor and Gamble: Forklift Driver, Line Work, Picking and Packing, Inspection, Loading Machines and Trucks, Safety Monitor, Write Ups, Training

I'm not hearing back from employers. I am currently working with XLC Services which is Temporary Service. I have been with them for about 2 years but I need more money and job security. Whenever they get a call for a reference, I get called into the office and they say that they don't want me to leave because I am their best employee and that they are going to fight for me to stay. I just don't understand why I rarely get a call back from employers.

Hi James: Have you tried following up on all the applications you’ve submitted? Try calling or emailing employers a few days after you’ve applied. It’s a great way to stand out from the online crowd. Also, make sure you apply for jobs through Jobcase with these steps:

  • Click on the “Jobs & Companies” text at the top of this page
  • Enter the type of job role you're looking for
  • Click the blue search button If you see something that looks interesting, just click View Job and follow the instructions to apply. Let us know how it works out for you!
