I was fired off my job for dropping my check on the floor n other employees see n it was their 5 months me and a mother black guy was stalled n mistreated n singled out by manager all the time and lied to what can I do

Second Post, Shame on you for trying to play the race card..... did you ever once fess up to being a piss poor employee? No. Everyone can do a better job in the position he or she is in. I see this as an attempt to gain sympathy through racial bias. As unfortunate as this is, your approach pisses me off to no end. Beat your chest all you want, but get out and get something better. I understand you are upset, however, this could have been because of your lack of attention to detail. Most states are at will employment unless you are under contract. The employer wouldn't need a reason to let you go. Now if I had gotten an email written like this post, I not only fire you but the person responsible for bringing you on unless this was a position working the drive-thru at a fast food joint. Please fix how you post on a "professional" job site. Spelling and grammar are paramount in obtaining a job, (butt i sur u no dat al red ee).
If I had stock options from every company or job I held that didn't fit for me or that required confidentiality (I have a very big tough mouth ) I would be rich. Lucky I'm just happy . I was terminated from my Daycare Job. A Girlthat work there before me came in one day and just out the blue and told the manger I stole 5 dollars out her purse I never stole from this women. She got mad cause I was coming in before setting up the class and when she get there they on the rug saying they A ,B,Cs. She was mad. Is hell I got terminated everybody said that's wrong. My boyfriend said it to But it's all good I could of kept my job if back then I knew my rights and now she walk pass me in the streets and just look at me. She knew she wanted a burger Now I know my rights.
First Off They can't fired u for dropping ur check. Now when they terminated u They were in the wrong and u can continue to work there. Don't let them scare u. They probably didint want u there that's why they had to find out how can they terminate u but u Got a case. Against them
R u going to file a lawsuit? If u do, u can contact OASIS and consult with them if u decide to sue. From what they advertised on TV utilize their services and receive financial assistance from them yet not win your case u don't have to pay them back! Blessings! If u do use them and they dont do what they promised u can sue them for false advertisement! Have proof though in writing or an email! Both would be better! Blessings!
