Hi I am having 30+ years of Indian Banking experience(General Banking, Banking Technology, Bank Auditing).I am looking for an opportunity in a Bank here in USA. I am unable to decide which role is most suitable to me as I have equal exposure in the areas as specified.Applying to three types of roles for the last 5 months, but selected to None.No one is giving the reason for not selected.Simply praising in the message with final word "we have selected the other candidates" , and " This message is only for this position and you keep on applying for other positions". I am unable to decode their inner message.
