I have worked in warehouse and logistics for two and a half years. I started with temp agencies and got "hired on" to one company. Boy did that take long! I remember how busy things were and how long my hours a day were. Everybody had their hands full! Everybody wanted the best time so there was much competition as to be expected! I was lucky enough not to be dropped however my staying so long was expected aswell! I was a very hard worker and dedicated individual. I am the Golden Boy! I learn acceptionally quick. Good quick though. "Acceptionally"; only because my precision and accuaracy is a better focus to me than speed. I need my experience not to go to waste because i have'nt gone to college and I need to provide for my child once again. I lost my job for taking too long on a break with strict and subjugated employee supervisors who didnt really like me but their predecessors did! Gratefully I Thanked Her For The Opportunity And Righteously Walked Out The Door! Honor, dignity and pride unhindered ... finacial security overencumbered, Dismantled. I want job security and employee empowerment like votes, meetings, and scale climbing competition.
