What made me stay @ #J.L.R.Merchandising was
I started at J. L. R. Merchandising pulling orders for 110 stores with my co-workers. I found it getting to be too much of a routine. There wasn't much of a challenge. My boss brought me in the office and I began doing the billing 10 key. Well that also wasn't my cup of tea. I was getting my job done early. Eventually he took me out to the store's on set-up's In the new store's. I loved it and my boss knew it. He was only sending out the guys to do the merchandising. Once given the chance I kept my store's clean and full. Sales went up and then he loved it. These were just convient store's. We handle the haba end of the sale's .I learned each an everyone of my store's and there needs. What sold, what didn't ,and every day a challenge. I wound it fun and I loved getting out. I hope this little story answers your question . Hoping for another chance at the thing I love.
I no longer working there. I quit to help my husband he went through school to become a plumber. Now looking for work again in the same area. I want to be a merchandiser again. I enjoyed so much, why not now. Anyone out there have another part-time merchandising job in the sandy, Portland area for me.
