Definitely apply. I had the same thing happen. Was not approved under regular UC but then I was under PUA. Can't hurt to try right??

I would ask for an appeal . Apply for PUA benefits .

You can .However the Fed $ supporting thePUA are going to be depleted within a couple of weeks .The U.S Senate is having a long vacation ,and a 2nd stimulus will eventually move forward but it will be awhile.
