Are you referring to a Casting Agent or Director? I don't see why not. A bachelors degree in any field gives you an advantage but I wouldn't aim for Casting job right off or with no experience. Research the industry and find out if there's an assistant or entry level role you can land to get your foot in the door of a very, very competitive industry by the way. Then you can work your way up from there. Ambitious goal.
