Dress the part??

If a high school student is applying to a job that is typically not given to kids or young adults, should they wear a more mature outfit to match the employees already working there or dress like themselves?

It's good to dress in a respectful manner, as you will be more accepted typically. However, it is tough to hide youth or age. So yes, I would wear something to be consistent with the other employees, but then be yourself. You don't want to try to live like somebody you are not, so always be yourself. Good Luck

At times you can be judged by how you are dressed depending with where you are and what occassion it is. Executive jobs or front office jobs need decent dressing

nothing on this earth can be coverd with any artificial products to sustain for long so there is no need to go for what is not supposed for you. so i may say we must cut our suit according to our structure

I've been told on a number of occasions dress for the job you want. On the average job interview the applicant is required to dress in a professional capacity. There are instances where you may times want to wear a full suit, and others where you need only dress slacks, shirt, and tie. It also helps to have a certain level of confidence along with how you are dressed.

I would say dress to impress.. And with younger girls today they like to wear a lot of make up ( not saying you do ) so I would go with more of a natural look pinks and tans. Also you want to show that you aren't like other young adults that dont want to work and show them that yo are willing to learn.. Research the company have some background on the company to show them you are willing to take the extra mile

I would say more mature outfit. I would always overdress than underdress. Remember you only have one Chance to make your best impression, why not dress the part. :)
