I am looking for someone to fill a Team Lead position that will be transitioning into a management role at a warehouse in Pontiac. The qualified candidate will be working very closely with the current manager to learn all of their duties so that in the near future, the candidate will transition into the management role.

The position is working a first shift from 8AM-5PM and the normal work week is Monday-Friday. Ideal candidates will have previous leadership experience and good longevity during their previous work history. The position will start at 12/hour but will move up to 15+/hour once they transition into the management role. A valid driver license will be required once accepting the management position.
