Sales Pitch for working remotely

Good Afternoon all...

I'm in need of some advise here. Currently I live in NJ, and I've been commuting back and forth to NYC for work for the past 18 years & I am drained! I work in the Operations/Wholesale field which I've been in this current company for 3 years which I love. Well, I've decided that I will relocate to NC by the summer of 2020, and will like to remain in this position. What are some good pointers or pitches that I can bring to my employers attention to allow for me to work remotely. FYI- there are a certain number of employees which work remotely from other countries, but I'm sure it's to cut cost.... thoughts?

I would tell them that you are more productive working from home and that you are interested in working remotely for a few days. Ask them if you could do this on a trial basis for a few days at first to see how everyone adapts to it. The worse they could say is no. Good luck Marie Davis
