Seeking some advice
I need some opinions on something. I have been looking for a job for over a year, I have several years of customer service/retail experience and some warehouse experience. The issue is that I was diagnosed with neuropathy a few months ago and can no longer stand on my feet for long periods of time. When I do the pain is unbearable. I am on medication for my condition but unfortunately it doesn't take the pain away.
I have been applying for customer service, call center, etc jobs where I can be able to sit but unfortunately a lot of jobs don't allow you to do that and with me not having any formal office experience I am finding it hard to get my foot in the door to one that does.
I have applied for some part time jobs that would require me to be on my feet but for shorter periods of time. I haven't been disclosing my condition on my application or if I get an interview (which I have not been getting many of). Should I be telling them? I haven't because I thought it would make my search that much harder.
I have re-written my resume several times and am just very frustrated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you been following up on your applications? Maybe give that a try to see if you can get more interviews. Also, try a temp agency. It will help you get into some office work if that is more what you're looking for.
Tell the employment or employer also look under ADA laws in the state you are. They cannot with hold a job from you. Do not show medical records to them you know what you can do. As a disabled person you go under the laws for. the disabled all you need to do have a advocate for you. SSI is good you know you do the job. Contact any local disabled program or local job placement
