Employers are looking at your profile!
Employers could be looking at your profile right NOW, but they could also be crossing you off their list. Here are the reasons why!
Reason- You listed 2-3 words under your professional experience or left it completely blank. What this says- You either have zero experience OR you just didn’t bother to fill it out. Disappointed either way, we wanted to learn more! Since we can't read minds, make sure to fill this out with ALL of your past job experiences. We want to see IF what you have done makes you a good match for what we do now!
Reason- Your profile picture is inappropriate (oh boy). What this says- Oh where do we begin? Sadly, we are moving on to someone who is more professional. Avoid pictures in your bathing suit, shirt off, drinking alcohol, your pets instead of your face, etc… When in doubt if it’s not work appropriate, replace it with one that is.
Reason- You don’t have a profile picture. What this says- We want to see you! It confuses us why can’t spend just a few minutes to load a picture. This might mean you don’t possess the work ethic we are looking for. You don't stand out if you have a generic black and white pre-generated profile picture.
Reason- Your summary doesn’t mention who you are or what you do well. What this says- We didn’t learn anything about who you are : ( Put that summary up and if you have trouble try these helpful tips [here] (https://uptowork.com/blog/resume-summary) to write one.
Reason- Your education section is a total blank. What this says- If you did not attend college no problem, but we still want to see something! Did you take some classes somewhere, perhaps online? Did you graduate high school or complete a GED program? Tell us something about your educational background please!
Other great things to add that will make an employer HAPPY -Volunteer experience (shows your dedication and commitment) -Traits (helps them learn a bit more about your personality) -Skills (tells them what you do and do well)
So make sure to update that profile for employers who are on the search for YOU right now!

I did an application for aldi and the two girls told me the only way the will hire me is for me to quit the job i have.

put on a decent pair of pants after you shower/bathe,,brush your teeth, ,dress up like you got on the clothes that fit the job you are applying for when you go for an interview. Look at the employer /hiring manager eye to eye & talk,that'll about why you are interested in the job you applied for with your experience. Give it your all or answer all questions asked by the employer/hiring manager.
To whom it may concern, I don't know whose profile you got but it surely was not mine I would never post myself in a bathing suit to get a job a little contradicting wouldn't you say! I don't know where you got this profile but it isn't mine! I'm old enough to know how to do a resume so with that being said I'm not sure what you have where you got it but it did not come for me.
