I don't know what to do anymore...
I'm a teacher that is what I do Best. On Monday Dec 17th, they terminated my employment saying that I was not a good match for what they were looking for. I've been teaching math and science, English ESL & French FSL for almost 12 years without any complaints!!! I always had students with either ADD H trouble or with the Asperger Syndrome. It was a private school and they wanted near perfect scores for all students. Basically ''cosmetic'' A & B so that the school has a near perfect image...!!! I was fired because I was giving the right grades !!! What is wrong with the education system in this country?? We have to hide the truth about our kids failing to learn basic concept.
Do not worry, you did not need to work for a place like that. . You are a teacher find a sxhool that thinks like you do, and teach your heart out.
Sir , ipray for ur future success Not ez but possibleseek out all possible help!!!! Speak to urself yes u can!!! Ur blessed if u have ur education and health things will get better by the grace of God!! Pursue !! Ur blessed to have ur health if need to get unemployment if qualify and keep seeking ur blessed in what u have done , also if you get classes on line or something please dont loose help!!! Stay positive!!( u will have to fight at times to do so, prayer helps!!!
I'm sad this happened to you. I substitute teach as a retirement job. I can't believe the grades some students have. They pass them anyway. I bet you were a good teacher
Be proud to be an educator who has ethnic and morals for the profession. With your years of experience in education you can have your own business educating those with special needs. Home schooling is going to need experience educators to teach the future children. I don't see many subcontractors education business. You might want to do some research to see if this can be a lucrative business for yourself. Take your retirement fund and open your own school. Just know you are good at what you do, you got this far. Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year.

Michael you must be a real dumb ass for getting fired from a private school, which requires you to be politically correct for the parents who are paying your salary to have their children with special needs educated. Since they are the parents of these children they want to learn that they making progress and may require some tutoring, Other then that they are pleasure to teach. END. No one asked you to be the Head Master. That's why you were fired! Poor Judgement.
