how to get your resume seen right away
Hi, I been applying for this position for months now and still no call back and I know their hiring because I have spoken with someone in person and they told me to apply online. So I'm trying to figure out how to get the store manager to see my resume

Hi Rekenya: Thanks for posting to Jobcase! I think one of the best ways to get your resume seen by a store manager is to be persistent about followup WITH that manager. If you've already applied online, ask to speak to the store manager the next time you call. It sounds like it's more about making sure you're connecting with the right person. Hope this helps!
