Production Supervisor
I have been a production supervisor for 6 years and averaged 55k +++. But I've been unemployed for 4 months... smdh! I left a good company for a crappy company with a bigger paycheck and needless to say it didn't work out I've lost hope.. I'm going to lose my house my cars everything if I don't start working soon.:. General Labor adds on Craigslist is all I've been able to pull I'm overqualified for some of the jobs that I've applied for and they won't hire me!! WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS MISERY!!

Trust me when I say you're not alone in the overqualified arena. I think you just have to make it obvious that you are flexible - flexible with pay, flexible with working under younger people, all of that.
