Hello Small and Mid-sized firms!
After 20 years working in the non-profit sector, I've risen through the ranks as a management and operations professional. For the last 10 years I have developed my skills in the areas of performance management, process and quality improvement, project management, business analysis and data systems implementation and management. Having started my own Business Consulting firm, as well as having partnered and co-owned two other firms, I'm now ready to make the move to work for a successful firm that serves other businesses in a Business to Business capacity. Managing three successful startup businesses, it's marketing and sales processes and strategies, in addition to managing projects and accounts have given me some real valuable technical skills.
