I've been a phlebotomist since 2012
Its has been a journey trying establish an interview with a recruiter some comply to you but never hearing back oh did I say you must have experience of course all the education and money you been to go to school is just some what a disappointment well time will tell will you be their when your job ends.

Try CSL or Octapharmer, they always hiring phlebotomist.

I am over getting phlebotomy alerts no one ever call but I will keep going

my daughter has the same problem, even with her M. A. Degree, it's crazy! How can u get experience if no one will hire you?!

Wow...you pick a career..don't give up...You sound like you are very Educated maybe God is pulling you in A different direction..

There are plenty of jobs for a phlebotomist over here in Louisiana around New Orleans they keep trying to make to offer me them and I’m a librarian

Where r u located, I’ll tell u in your city who will hire u long as u can draw, good and keep up

Schools are overrated, it's what you know not a degree, yes I have a degree guess what I'm doing now I'm a professional sports gambler I can go to work and drink I have no job and I make a very good living tax free.

Yeah, schooling is basically a waste. It's about who you know. I hope more people can realize what a scam college is and work on some lasting change where it doesn't matter as much.

You need to volunteer in all of the health fairs there is. I've been a Phleb for 14 years my 1st year I volunteered for every fair and became a lead/supervisor in some there's your experience. It doesn't always have to be in a clinic or hospital, but it would be nice. I finally got my hospital experience last year I lasted for 1 month I loved clinic better I went back to a clinic status. You just get what you can it is hard keep trying. Unless you are able to relocate to get that experience. It's up to you.
Try the VA hospital. They always need good phlebotomists.
