First you need a work permit and 14 depending on where you live may be too young I would speak to your school counselor they have knowledge on what requirements and restrictions you may have. Unfortunately employers don't hire in groups sometimes they do have more than one position open but each applicant is hired based off of his or her own merits and it is not guaranteed you will both be hired. I would recommend you find a position based off of your strengths and skills that you will have a better chance of succeeding than going after positions not suited for you because you want to work with a friend.
