What’s a good company question to ask after the interview?
everything I need to know is on the company website so I’m not sure what I can ask without sounding redundant or unprepared.

Mr. Fletcher:
I think Mr. McClenahan is very wise in asking that question. After the present interview, do you have any hesitations about hiring me?
A professional interview should be based on facts and sincerity to know the most qualifying aspects of the possible employee and the integrity of the hiring company. If there are any concerns the best is to bring clarification. A good professional communication and encounter from the beginning will set the mark for a very good start.
All the best for 2016!

Alan... Simply put , the only wrong question is ..not any questions at all. Plan ahead and have at least 2 questions in mind , and memorized and practiced , because how you ask your questions is very important. I have interviewed several hundred potential employees , and the best question that every was asked by an interviewee was "do you have any hesitations about hiring me based on the interview we have just completed"? I actually did , I felt like the applicant was open and willing to hear my thoughts, so I told him what troubled me about his qualifications. I found that my perceptions were way off base , I hired him and he was with me for many years.

Questions to ask:
- What's a typical day like in this position?
- Is there a dress code and casual Wednesday or Friday?
- Highlight significant points you found in their website, then during your information exchange use some of those highlights -- it might earn you some bonus points

I always like to ask about the culture-.the hierarchy within the department you're interviewing with ( or if you already viewed it on the Internet - I'd ask something like ... and you report to Mr.?...... why did the last person leave ( if it hasn't been discussed in the interview all ready).

Hi Alan, Identify with YOUR skills by writing them down or simply viewing your resume. Figure out what your forte' is, meaning what you excel best at, then research the companies. This will help you discover which companies you'd LOVE to be given a chance to be a part of. Just a suggestion. Great luck to ya.

you can also ask were they see the company in 5 years that ow that yo plan to be a long term employee. and what would they expect from you in the first 30 days no matter the position you looking at this shows devotion and a sense of self

If you mean at the end of the interview, you could inquire about how soon they intend to make a decision or whether you will be teamed with another staff member during a training period. You could ask the interviewer what he or she likes most about the company/ the job/new management/ new marketing program. Or what is the one thing he/she wished every new recruit knew before taking the position. Or throw it back at them and ask how he/she feels about your qualifications now that they have personally met you. The idea is to 1) keep a conversation going, and 2) show that you are really interested in being a productive part of the team and doing everything you can to prepare for a long and fruitful career.

It depends on what position you are applying for. What position is it?
You should already have done your research on the company prior to the interview. Good questions to ask have already been mentioned. I have used many of them myself.
