Keep Moving Forward

Its often easy to get discouraged, to feel overwhelmed or insignificant when your looking for a job, you may ask yourself "Why is it so hard?" well anything worth having is worth working for, the more you interview, the more you look the more you network the better you get at it. My current boss always says "every day is an interview" he is right. If you send your resume out to 20 business a day, if you make 10 calls if you walk into 5 businesses, keep things in perspective. It only takes one Yes so keep at it. Keep improving think about your personal goals, where you want to be in a year or 5 years, Where do you want to live, where do you want to be with your career, life is a big educational experience take what you know and improve, take the free Microsoft class keep working on your typing, smile at people on the street respect yourself and keep moving forward. I am 45 years old just got married, no children at home and find myself looking for a full time job, (I am currently working for a temp agency) We spend our life taking pride in our home, our children, our jobs, well maybe its time to take pride in yourself, to find the thing or things that sets you aside from all the others and sharpen your skills. It is not always easy to make a change but you have to know deep inside that your worth it.
