They'd have to pay me a lot more. The last company I worked for wasn't horrible, but they let me go for a stupid reason. I worked for them initially because I needed field experience that I didn't have. As such, I worked for them for 10 grand below standard for my industry. In the 2.5 years that I was there, I was never given a salary increase of any kind. If they want me back now, it would cost them 1.25 more than current average salary for this position..
