Everyday at Frito-Lay was exciting. I enjoyed working with my teams and my peers and meeting new customers. I loved the challenge of helping my people in meeting, and especially exceeding, their goals. Most rewarding part of being on a team is when I was the instrumental component of developing someone who got promoted to the next level.
