In my life, in my neck of the woods small town USA .... I have scence no women prosper anything from it .... Only getting education loans get the education guarantee to get a local job then graduate to find out the only job available in that field us 3000 miels away, your strapped with 10or20 thousand dollars in loans to pay off and no way in .... You can move cause, your Brooke educated butt, can't relocate!!!!! So you go back to school for yet another job promise doesn't happen then you take whatever you can find cause, your education isn't helping a bit.... Know how and ability doesn't help either. Experience isn't worth a dime in the job market the see your age your out they hire the young inexperienced lazy ride the clock 20to30 year olds they stand around doing nothing till time to clock out. Most of the works I've seen are standing around talking the fellow coworkers instead of working. I am a worker I believe in doing my job , every job I've had I've done everything I was supposed to and last more I am a organizer, clean and neat type person. Every thing has a place keep it in it and keep everything clean. That's my Moto!!!

If u aren't positive u can't expect positive things to happen. Dont concentrate on the age factor! It doesn't help? Concentrate on your desires and God!
Acquiring a formal education is expensive and earning a degree doesn’t necessarily guarantee a good job after graduation but having a degree gives you access to more job options. Nearly half of the job openings today have an education employment requirement beyond a high school diploma which means not having a higher ed degree automatically limits you to half of the job market.
But that doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t land a good paying career either. The Technology industry is a perfect example where workers are landing good high paying jobs with nothing more than a series of online certifications. This is an industry where skills, practical experience, and know-how take precedence over education level.
The US department of Labor has been on an Apprenticeship Funding Initiative for years. In an Apprenticeship program candidates receive a combination of classroom and real work hands on experience. It’s basically a Get Paid While You Learn Program and the training is not just limited to construction trade jobs either.
The point is there are other alternatives to the traditional college to career approach. You have always try to think outside of box and proactively search for methods to reinvent yourself in order to remain competitive in today and future job markets.
