Received a work at home offer from a Reston, VA based company. Legit or not?
I recently received a work at home offer from a Gas, Oil, and Coal based company in Reston, VA named LTE Company. Their website is legit, interactive, and informative. They have an actual office with a phone number. Their server is based in Sweden, but I'm sure that really doesn't matter. Anyhow, I spoke with a lady named Emma Wilson. She had a Russian/Ukrainian accent when speaking with her. It was a nice and pleasant phone consultation but she didn't really give me any insight other than what the job duties would be. I asked her what kind of requirements or pre-requisites they were looking for. She said none. Training will be enough. I have the opportunity to work from home 9 am to 4 pm doing projects that related to the Natural Gas/Oil field - research, project management, charts, graphs, mineral analysis, working with supervisors etc., all from home. I am promised to receive training each day 9 am to 1 pm for three weeks. Training pay is $3,300 paid in direct deposit over three weeks ($1,100 per week, I guess). But, here's the part I sort of raise a red(ish) flag to: The salary for this Assistant Manager position is $5,000 a month. $60,000 a year is a lot to pay out from someone who has never worked the natural resources field and also working from home. I'm very skeptical. Direct deposit? This means they will have access to my bank account, BUT the job looks very legit. No 'cashier's check' to bounce like some at home job offers. The girl DID call me from the number on their website - a 703 area code - Reston, VA number. What to do, what to do... Thank you for any help.
Here is their website:

Hi Dylan, When I do a search for the company, it doesn't give me any information, so you are right to be wary. Plus, to make that much money with no experience is a little odd. Have you tried calling the number as well to make sure that it goes through?
