Quite Frankly, Nowadays, it's not what you know or are experienced in, but WHO you know, would be the key to getting hired. I have experience in Lifting, Standing, the use of Stepstools whenever needed, I have worked where Long Periods of Standing is Required. So, I don't believe that is what it takes. Unfortunately, we live in a world which Who you are, not What you know! and that is terribly sad. I personally don't agree with that being fair. So, is Amazon, an Equal Opportunity Employer,?????

As long as you can pass an initial drug test, you’ll get hired. You literally don’t have to speak one word of English. Just a heads up…Amazon is a VERY strenuous and physical job. It’s not for everyone but there are many different departments so if you have the opportunity to find your niche, you’ll probably be fine. Best of luck! I’m on year 5!
