My pleasure, Arnold. Our whole vision is to have this open-access platform where people can help people. We have a lot of math and science underneath the hood to make this whole thing work - but basically this is the place where you should be able to get help in your worklife. As we grow it gets even better. For instance, if there is someone at Walmart who wishes they were a nurse, we can try to find Nurses who used to work at Walmart to get them to advise on next steps. It's really cool watching this grow- but the more people that become contributing Jobcasers the more people that get targeted help.
