I am a retired City Planning Director 21 years (retired in 2012). I have transitioned part two of my professional career to become a free lance consultant. My area of concentrations are: water resource planning, land use planning, development services, environmental science training and research, special districts, economic development research, transportation planning and transportation services. I have professional certifications as an Environmental Science Professional and as a Certified Community Researcher. I am interested in working on and writing about sustainable and resilient communities. I will to collaborate with entities that have like interests including Uber and/or other interested Ride Share Companies.
