Something I Learned
My company wants me to show my clients dignity and respect but when do staff get treated with dignity and respect especially from the managers and higher up managers? We work with the same clients every day but when we have a situation regarding a client and mention something that may work, we get lectured and yelled for what reason. Managers should treat their employee's with dignity and respect, we to have a family and priorities and should be able to say no for an additional shift without feeling guilty that we said no.

That sounds awful! Maybe time to look for something new? Unless you really like your job and do it for the clients. Sometimes you just have to weigh what is more important for you.
