Im so disappointed
I got the job offer for working at Walmart for stocker and a cashier position for overnights. They did my background check and told me that it wasn't not competitive and I called the company that does the background checks called sterling and they told me that they didn't find anything on my background check and Wal-Mart told me that I couldn't work there but I already signed the job offer to start working and got hired. I don't know what else to do. I have a four year old daughter to take care of. And I was expecting on getting this job and getting presents for my daughter and getting my own place and now everything is turned upside down. I don't know what to do. All I can do is cry and be depressed...

No please do not be depressed. First thing is, you got the job and impressed them. So you go to another job interview you will impress them too.

Go demand your job in Jesus name

I know that this is difficult but put your faith and trust in God. He has a better door opener for you. I know its, easier said than done but it's only a test. Just keep praying!

maybe lose your attitude for one.. I saw your reply to some of these people trying to help.. second did you disclose that you had a misdemeanor charge and what for on your application? if not and It came up in the background check that is probably the reason.. always no matter what it is disclose your felons or misdemeanors on your application it is the difference in getting hired or not.. good luck , with determination and prayer you can get a job ..

Girl don't let it get to you. Everything is going to be alright. Please don't share your troubles with your little one. You will make it through this believe me. Make the best if it and reach out to family. Something will come along and you will be fine.
I got hired with a felony that showed up on the check even though it was 14 years ago. I was honest about it during the application process. You must not be fully telling the truth. I had a burglary charge even.
