I've been in management for some years now but, it was always the duties I proformed that makes me stay growing/learning. Like when I created a virtual wearhouse for the first time and it worked out perfect because at the time there was nothing or when I did some restructure to the outbound flow of materials/shipments that increased our outbound numbers and always met or exceeded the companies standards. There's some other things as well but that'll get me started. Thanks,

I have always gone above and beyond to make visitors feel welcome. My former team leader told me time and again how professional and pleasant I answered the phone. Present coworders told me if I hadn't encouraged them to call or not to give up they wouldn't have persistent in their desire to work for the company. I've worked in the people industry for many years with the purpose of making them feel heard, helped and enjoyed the meeting. I've learned to multi task more than I thought possible!
