Hi Amy Jepsen - this is wild! I was just talking to a friend of mine who is an audio engineer who just started a new job. The way he got his job was he reached out to a connection of his, who knew someone, who knew someone else who was hiring.

I think it's very similar to most industries and how to break in. You have to have the talent or skills for it to work, but knowing someone who can help you get the foot in the door is really the best way to do it.
