I went to a previous job fair and gave my resume to a company. The manager looked at it and stated "Why you want to work here?" I did not understand why the manager ask that question. Frankly, he was in the search for new employees. I think he was intimidated by my professional style and attitude. In fact, he was scared to hire me. The lesson learned is to keep moving and continue to be professional in job fairs and so forth.
