Job's At older Age

Experience is creditable If you are willing to grow. Use your knowledge and don't be stuck in a cycle. I've incredible experience but have the back ground of tech. I know many systems and not afraid of learning more. Master Data was the most incredible job. You have to look at it this way. You are bringing experience to the table. You are willing to learn and project positive. I'm always willing to learn. That part is fascinating me and the ability to share knowledge is incredible.

I am going to turn 68 in a few weeks and I've had more job offers now than when I was in my 30's. I have been hired by a reputable work at home company with great benefits, lots of overtime if I want, excellent trainers and I am thrilled beyond words. And that's just one job I was offered. I've got two more that want me and I get emails every day for really good jobs but I can't work in an office due to mobility problems, yet the offers keep coming. I can't explain it, but it's a great feeling that I never dreamed would come my way. God is good, He watches out for His children. Prayer works

These paranoid pigs in HR would not know a real good employee based on skills and common sense. They go by some computer model of a robot. We are all here to do a great job and get along. Trouble is HR is clueless.
