Feel like giveing up

I have worked this job for 3 years and seen alot of people come and go but now its getting to the point the managers don't care about what is going on here and its landing on me to get everything done and Im only one person I can't do it by myself what do i do

Sounds like you're a "Single Point of Failure" in your company. A Single Point of Failure is an employee who, if they were to leave, would send shockwaves through the organization. Since you have such specialized knowledge and expertise, people are relying on you as the point person for too many tasks. This article has some solutions for this issue, but it's geared more toward the management level. If you can convince your managers that the risk of having you doing all of these tasks is worth them getting involved, you can begin to delegate and train others to take over some things. Good luck.
